The development of this site includes five apartment buildings totaling 260 residential units and associated roadways, parking, drainage, and utilities necessary to support them. Site modifications have included repaving, re-grading, and modifying Whalburn Avenue, closing Stuart Place and adding a new road running north to south. Modifications also include installation of the storm sewer infrastructure, installation of selected utilities and installation of pavement, curbing, and associated construction improvements.
